mind.level. classes move a little slower and are equal parts yoga & resistance-band training. They are meant to make you truly sink into your body and feel the muscles hard at work. mind.level. classes are perfect for moments of stress/anxiety and are a great reset.
Recommended Equipment:
-2 yoga blocks
-Resistance bands (I’m using a heavy band, but I recommend having a few different options handy)
