Ein Jahr sp\u00e4ter wurden mehrere Filialen in Kasachstan und Wei\u00dfrussland er\u00f6ffnet. Die Plattform verkauft Kleidung, Schuhe und Haushaltsartikel und z\u00e4hlt zu den gr\u00f6\u00dften Online-Shops in Russland und den GUS-Staaten. Im Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2021 hatte Lamoda rund 8.000 Mitarbeiter.\u00a0Rund 3,6 Millionen aktive Kunden nutzen die Dienste des Online-Marktplatzes.\u00a0Auf der\u00a0Plattform sind sowohl russische\u00a0als auch renommierte internationale Namen zu finden.<\/p>\n<p>Nun plant die deutsche Eastrealty Beteiligungs- und Verwaltungs GmbH, die Rechte an Lamoda zu erwerben. Das Unternehmen ist laut einem Bericht der Zeitung <em>Kommersant<\/em> mit dem Gesch\u00e4ftsmann und Eigent\u00fcmer der Warenhauskette Stockmann, Jakow Pantschenko, verbunden.<\/p>\n<p>Der Jurist Alexander Jermolenko sagte zur Zeitung, er halte diese Entscheidung f\u00fcr seltsam, da sie mit einer Reihe von Schwierigkeiten verbunden sei:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><em>&#8220;Aus Sicht der russischen Beh\u00f6rden wird dies nat\u00fcrlich als Kauf von Inlandsgesch\u00e4ften durch &#8216;unfreundliche Unternehmen&#8217; angesehen.
