Zuvor war Mir in der T\u00fcrkei, Vietnam, Armenien, Usbekistan, Wei\u00dfrussland, Kirgistan, Tadschikistan, Kasachstan, S\u00fcdossetien und Abchasien anerkannt worden.<\/p>\n<p>Mit den russischen Karten kann man nun in S\u00fcdkorea Geld an Geldautomaten abheben und f\u00fcr Waren und Dienstleistungen bezahlen. Damit\u00a0ersetzt\u00a0Mir\u00a0die Karten\u00a0Visa und Mastercard, die\u00a0Russland im Rahmen der westlichen Sanktionen verlie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Grund f\u00fcr die Einf\u00fchrung der Bankkarte Mir waren die Sanktionen, die die USA im Fr\u00fchjahr 2014 gegen Russland verh\u00e4ngt hatten.
